GSD Purebred FAQs
- What is the process to purchase a puppy from your kennel?
- The first step is to complete the purchase agreement.
- What happens to our deposit if we change our mind about buying a dog?
- The deposit is non-refundable, or we can keep your deposit for the next litter of puppies.
- How much notice is required to transfer the deposit to another litter?
- After the pups are seven weeks old, the deposit is not transferable.
- What happens to our deposit if there is not enough puppies born in the litter and we are unable to receive a puppy?
- We accept no more than six deposits; we usually get 5-8 puppies. It is out of our control how many will be born exactly and what the genders will be. If there wont be enough puppies, or the desired sex, your deposit is transferable to another litter but it is not refundable.
- If we put down a deposit, how long will you hold the dog?
- After the puppy is eight weeks old, we can care for the dog for seven days free of charge after the purchase date. The dog must be paid for in full by the end of seven days and pick up scheduled or the dog will become available for sale. The buyer will be subject to the re-stock fee. Starting on the eighth day, there is a $45 boarding fee per night.
